For specialized underwater applications, we offer custom molds designed to meet unique requirements. Our custom molds are available in two sizes—Standard and XL—to accommodate various potting and cable configurations.
- Standard Size: These molds support a maximum potting size of ⌀30 x 110mm. For one-to-one molds, they can handle cables up to ⌀15mm in diameter. When more than one cable or connector is present on one side, the maximum cable diameter is ⌀10mm.
- XL Size: These molds offer a larger potting size of ⌀40 x 140mm. For one-to-one molds, cables up to ⌀20mm in diameter are supported. When multiple cables or connectors are on one side, the maximum cable diameter is ⌀15mm.
Please specify your needs in the order notes, including dimensions, connector configurations, and other unique requirements. Custom molds are typically delivered within one week, ensuring a quick turnaround for your projects. Beyond inline connectors, we also create molds in different shapes to suit a wide range of underwater applications.
