Description

O-ring sealing flange for the 2″, 3″, 4″, 5″, 6″, and 8″ Watertight Enclosures. These are second-generation flanges with a locking cord and anti-rotation feature. They are compatible with dome end caps, flat end caps, and custom end caps. The flange includes a locking cord and O-rings.

The O-ring Flange seals to a tube on one end and an end cap on the other. Our flat and dome end caps use it to create a high-pressure, watertight interface to the enclosure tube. The flange can also be used with custom-made end caps.

These second-generation flanges are anodized aluminium and include dual radial O-rings and a face seal O-ring for reliable high-pressure sealing, a locking cord gland, and an anti-rotation feature. They also come with PTFE locking cords and locking cord handles to secure the flange to the tube. These flanges are only compatible with our watertight enclosure tubes, which have precision machined features at each end to interface with the flange.

Four internal mounting holes make it easy to attach internal contents securely. This feature holds the electronics tray on the BlueROV2.
