Description
Locator device for Underwater GPS G2 System.
Strap the U1 Locator onto the ROV or diver and start positioning.
No cables, no external requirements!
The U1 Locator is a battery-powered locator with an integral depth sensor. This allows the U1 Locator to be used without a direct connection to the G2 Topside.
The U1 is powered by an internal rechargeable battery with an operational lifetime of approximately 10 hours and is charged using a standard USB-C charger.
To achieve timing synchronisation, the U1 Locator must first accomplish a GPS lock, achieved by simply powering up and waiting for the integrated LED to confirm a successful GPS lock.
