The Subsea M14 Metal Diaphragm Depth Sensor is a rugged, oil-filled absolute pressure sensor designed for high-reliability, long-term deployments in harsh underwater environments. Featuring a corrugated stainless steel diaphragm and a sealed internal sensing chamber, it is capable of operating maintenance-free at depths up to 350 meters. An onboard signal processing board outputs compensated depth and temperature data over serial TTL (USART), with 24-bit resolution for precision-critical applications.
Its stainless steel housing, M14×1.5 threaded body, and included detachable protective cap offer robust mechanical protection, while the sensor’s durable construction makes it ideal for continuous submersion, permanent installations, and high-vibration environments where conventional barometric sensors may degrade over time.
