SeaBattery Power Module - Seascape Subsea BV

The subsea community knows our SeaBattery Power Module for its reliable design and durability in even the most demanding of subsea applications. Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) lead-acid batteries add vibration and shock resistance, continue to work even if the battery is inverted, and are not subject to hazardous material shipping restrictions. Its versatile applications include powering seafloor research instruments, underwater cinematography, and many uses in the offshore oil industry. ABS Type Approval is available for projects requiring ABS certification.

Applications that need a large current can draw up to 100 amps with our High-Current SeaBattery option. An Oil-filled Junction Box is also available as a pressure case, utilizing all parts except the battery cells and connector/penetrator assembly. The end-user can customize the enclosure to install bulkhead molded or PBOF connectors to suit their project-specific needs.
