CCTV system on a stinger

Seascape developed and built a custom made CCTV systems on a stinger used for a S-lay Pipeline installation. The installation is visualized on a 4K monitor connected to a SCU-PCDVR04 – Novasub 19” PC rack video recorder where the NSDVR software is installed. The camera & lamp control cabinet connects as well the Novasub 19” PC as the cameras and lights.The CCTV system records 4 video channels and is easily be controlled by a PTZ controller.

There are 4 Pan & Tilt (with integrated camera control) and 4 Fixed positions. The P&T-C-01 Pan & tilt units are connected with a Novasub LUX18R LED lights and NSZC – Novasub zoom camera (30x – 700 TVL). The fixed units consist out of a bracket holding a LUX18R LED light and a NSBC – Novasub bullet camera (Fixed focus – 62° FOV – 700TVL). A total of 2 km of data cable DLR-UW is installed, plus submersible connectors and moldings.
